Integration Space

A place to settle into being

"A shared space to soften, listen,
and come home to yourself."

This 90-minute practice takes place in an intimate container, where four participants gather to slow down, fell, and listen inwardly.

How practise unfolds

  • Opening the space through words

Each session begins with a short opening circle.

Everyone is invited to share a few words — an intention, a question, or simply what is alive for them in that moment.

This is not a discussion, but a way of orienting attention inward.

  • Listening to what is alive

Rather than focusing on the physical body alone, attention is gently guided toward what is present in the moment —
sensations in the body, emotional textures, energetic movements, images, or subtle inner perceptions.

Simple invitations are offered to help you come into relationship with what is unfolding, without trying to change or direct it.

This guidance may take different forms depending on what is present in the moment.

- Verbal cues and gentle invitations

- Simple somatic practises and spontaneous mouvement

- Imagery and innner visualization

- Live accoustic music

- or simply staying listening in silence

The form is never fixed and continues to emerge as the practise unflods.

  • Somatic exploration

From there, the practice naturally moves into a shared exploration.

Here, movement may arise — not as something to do or perform, but as a way of exploring what becomes available when the body is listened to.

This exploration is not limited to physical movement.
It may include subtle shifts, energetic sensations, emotional textures, images, or stillness.

Movement becomes a way for what was held, frozen, or unexpressed to find pathways of circulation and reorganization, guided by sensation rather than intention.

Nothing is forced, and nothing is paused.
Form continues to emerge in response to what is present, allowing a natural harmonization to take place.

  • Presence and individual support within the group

Throughout the practice, you remain within a shared container of presence. There is no interaction between participants, so you can stay deeply with your own experience, without comparison or distraction.

Unlike many classes where you are asked to follow instructions from the outside, here the orientation is different.
The space is opened, and you are invited to listen inwardly and follow what is unfolding for you.

At times, you may feel the need for support — not because something is wrong, but because a threshold is being approached.
When this happens, you are welcome to come closer and receive direct support from me.

This support may take the form of attentive presence, subtle orientation, or gentle guidance — offered to help you stay with your experience and navigate what is emerging, rather than moving away from it.

The group itself acts as a supportive field.
While each person remains in their own process, the shared attention and care create a sense of holding that allows individual experiences to deepen, clarify, and settle in their own time.

  • Integration and closing

Toward the end of the session, the exploration naturally slows down.

There is a moment of stillness and silence, allowing sensations, movements, and insights to settle and integrate on their own.

We then come back together for a short closing round.

Each person is invited, if they wish, to share a few words about what they are taking with them — not to analyze the experience, but simply to acknowledge what has moved or shifted.

This closing moment helps the experience land, supporting integration before returning to daily life.

What this space supports

This space supports a deeper inner listening — a renewed connection to bodily sensations, emotions, and subtle inner movements.

Through lived, felt experience, clarity can arise naturally, not through understanding or analysis, but through direct perception.

Spontaneous movement may awaken, or not. Stillness may deepen. Both are expressions of the same listening.

Over time, this practice supports the capacity to stay with yourself —

to remain present with sensations, emotions, and inner states without needing to escape or resolve them immediately.

Gradually, a sense of trust in the body’s own intelligence can grow, along with confidence in your ability to navigate your inner experience with more ease, sensitivity, and autonomy.

Who this space is for

This space is for you if you feel a pull toward listening more deeply to yourself.

Some people arrive when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck — when something inside is asking for space, attention, or care.

Others come from a quieter place: a genuine curiosity, a love for inner exploration, or a desire to refine their sensitivity and deepen their relationship with embodied presence.

This practice is for you if you are drawn to somatic exploration — to sensing, feeling, and allowing spontaneous movement or stillness to emerge from within.

You do not need to have a clear intention or a problem to solve. You only need a willingness to slow down, to stay, and to meet what is present with honesty.

This space welcomes both moments of difficulty and moments of subtle joy, both unraveling and quiet integration.
